Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund if approved.

Refunds
