Refund policy

 

Return Policy No returns or refund, only credit or exchange.

1. No returns will be accepted without return authorization (RA number). Strictly No Exceptions.

2. msleafbotnical / Rodeo wholesale, must be notified of any returns or broken items within 7 days upon shipment received at the destination.

3. All missing items must be reported to your sales person within 48 hours upon shipment received at the destination.

4. Shipping box of the concerning damaged item(s) must be saved.

5. The copy of the invoice, with items highlighted/circled, must be faxed or emailed and also must be included in the return box.

6. Any merchandise that has been price tagged or has any type of labeling that is not ours will not be accepted.

7. All returns must be wrapped securely in original shipping material; any shattered or broken items due to negligible packing will not be accepted for replacement nor credit.

8. Rodeo wholesale reserves the right to refuse any claims, if any of the return requirements are not followed.

9. All packing process and order preparations are monitored and video recorded. Any claim, in question, will be reviewed thoroughly.

10. Recordings are available upon request.
